WOW, how often do you get pleasantly surprised by mail order service? Well, we were just gobsmacked by this dealership. Long story short, I bought my husband some wheel well liners for his truck and there was an anchoring device missing. There was no option to purchase these items separately, but the service dept representative I talked to said he would leave the parts guys a message (they were closed for the day).Fast forward one week - I was sure they had forgotten about us or couldn't get the missing pieces. Today, in the mail, was the baggie of fasteners. What a pleasant surprise!High five, lollipops, and marching band serenade for the service and parts dept at this dealership. THANK YOU!

We bought our 2020 Ford expedition limited from Fairway Ford less than eight months ago. We have had our vehicle in the shop for repairs under warranty over six times for the same problem, (Power Tran failure) and I can’t figure it out.They kept our vehicle over a month Last time we brought it in less than two weeks it happens again. I will not buy another vehicle from Fairway Ford because the customer service is absolutely horrible. I was irritated when I went in this morning because it’s the sixth time I brought my vehicle in and had to get a loaner at least six times I was told to speak with the owner. She wasn’t going to do anything because I told her I was not gonna pay any more money and was gonna talk to the Texas department of motor vehicles Ford and my lawyer I was told to speak with Clayton but he’s not there today.

Working with Fairway Ford was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and we were able to take care of most of the transaction over the phone. I would definitely recommend working with Fairway Ford!

Take my advice & find a different dealership to do business with. Purchased my Ford Expedition less than a year ago. I have had it in the shop at least 5 times and I have told them the problems I was having with it at least 7 times (twice was told to keep driving it). I bought full coverage, bumper to bumper, top of the line warranty, and they have not fixed my car yet! They had my car for 4 weeks the last time it was in the shop, and told me they fixed it, & then I ended up having to pay for some of it, and now it is back in the shop for the same thing, again. Like always with this place. This has been going on for at least 10 months. I have never been treated like this by a Ford dealership, until here. RUN!!!

I found the vehicle been looking for online. The whole transaction was fast and easy. A couple of days later I drove by drop a check sign some paper and I was done! They sure make the purchase experiences easy. Thank you for such a great customer service!

We took our 2020 explorer for warranty issues and Kevin was really unprofessional then (Clayton)told us to never come back. All because he authorized work when I asked him to wait for warranty approval. He got upset said I was the worst customer and then we got the owner Clayton)involved he didn’t even care about customer satisfaction and was super unprofessional. I own my own business and everyone has had a issue with a customer but it’s really how you handle it that makes the situation worse or better. Kevin is arrogant and doesn’t like being questioned and I was just keeping him honest end the end isn’t it my money we are spending. Be careful getting service at Fairway Ford and make sure you double check everything or you’ll pay more for unauthorized service.I wasn’t going to leave a bad review until my wife made another appointment for recall that is killing people. I went there this morning and after my wife made sure on all parts of this service. I get there and after a few minutes Kevin tells me with a complete change in attitude to leave my wife was so irritated for the lack of respect in making us wait weeks for service then saying leave. I was very nice about it and left but in my business I’ve had hard customer ms you squash it and move on because business relationships are very important these days

I don’t usually post reviews, but I was upset about what came of my experience. I was searching for a new bronco online. I had a new rep look into it, and we were looking at prices etc for the vehicle. I still did not say anything about buying the car since the price was not what I wanted it to be. They wanted to look at my financing options to see if they could lower the price if I finance through ford. I made the mistake of giving my social security number, but I had said multiple times. Do not run my credit. Do not run my credit, to which I was promised this would not happen. Sure enough a couple minutes later I see an inquiry on my account. I did not want to run my credit because I do not like the extra inquiries for a vehicle I was not even sure I was going to sign off on. My credit is good for a reason, and an extra inquiry is not something I need to have if I do not want to. I was upset and asked to speak to a manager. I was called back the next business day in which the manager had given me a response that did not sound concerning in the smallest. He said the rep was new, and that things like this happen. He said my credit is good, so an extra inquiry would not affect it that much. The conversation goes from there in which I said, at this point if we can meet the price then I wouldn’t mind buying the vehicle. Instead of reaching back to let me know it was or was not possible. I have been dropped off the face of the earth, and I now have a lingering credit inquiry for a vehicle that I was not set on buying yet. I am upset my credit was ran over the phone without my consent. With me clearly explaining not to do it. To then having a lackluster experience in trying to actually make up for the matter. This review may not do much, but I figured I would share how I feel, to advise others to make sure to tread lightly when it comes to these finance matters. I made the mistake of giving them my social, and I will be learning from it. I clearly advised them not to do it. I just didn’t expect this from the dealer.

This is NOW my car place! I can not find the words to say how much fun buying from them. I hate buying cars. But salesman Craig was a blast to talk with and spend time with me and understand my needs. Managers John and Clayton handled the final pricing and made arrangements within hours of financing just was super smooth and one of the best experiences I've ever had at buying a car from anybody.
