I brought my car in for its first service and an issue with a low tire reading. I was surprised that I was in and out so fast. The staff were all friendly and professional. They even washed and vacuumed out my car. That was a nice surprise since it really needed that washing.

I called to schedule service for pickup hoping for not only same day but within the next couple hrs. They were able to accommodate! Service manager was also very professional and courteous! Although this is my only experience with them, I get the impression that this is a fantastic business and a great place to buy a new vehicle so when the time comes, I will definitely be checking them out more.

I don't usually do this, but I'm an out of towner visiting and needed a service done on my Silverado. Although I expressed my appreciation for them getting me in on a quick appointment, I am very dissatisfied with the whole process. My pickup overheated on the way to town, so I asked if they could check it out and check my coolant. I was told in the end that they couldn't find anything wrong and my fluids were good. Having been a mechanic for well over 30 years professionally, I decided when I got back to the house I was visiting that I would replace my thermostat. I noticed my tank had no coolant in it at all, and when I pulled my thermostat, no coolant came out. We'll, the job got done and I filled my coolant tank, it took a complete gallon of antifreeze... wow! Because of my thermostat, it had spit out half of my coolant. Not exactly a good thing while your traveling hundreds of miles. I feel like this may have been a ploy to get my tow service job when I broke down. Any mechanic should have spotted the coolant issue right away. In retired by the way so I try to pass on the service hoping for honest treatment. Needless to say, when I come back for a visit, or even a trade up, it will not be here.

Was in the market for a new car and James and Austin made it happen quickly and efficiently! They knew exactly what we wanted and were patient with us as it was one of our first big purchases as a married couple. They were understanding, helpful, and very kind throughout the whole process.
