Friendly and both times I have stayed they're for a week at a time, bed was made clean towels, and breakfast was always ready.

This was THE CLEANEST holiday inn express (or even holiday inn) I’ve ever been to. Even out of any other IHG hotel I’ve stayed in (I travel for work). I was so comfortable in my room and bed knowing everything is spotless. Thank you!!

We had booking problems with a different hotel. We got to Holiday Inn, and they helped us get in a room and made us comfortable the entire stay. We appreciate the time they took to work with hotels.com to get us a room. The staff was great! Breakfast was always hot and ready!
Rooms: The room was clean, and housekeeping kept clean towels for us.

Very very clean. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was fully stocked and coffee was hot and flowing. One of the better holiday inns I have stayed in.

I won’t stay here after reading reviews. Just read the smart a$$ replies from the hotel about the negative review. Talking down to the reviewer. Crazy. Show some respect.

Very nice very clean. Close to town .Very friendly. Would recommend for any age and length of your stay. Only issue was our coffee pot doesn't work.

Very dissatisfied with this hotel, dogs barking all night , some of the staff are rude and can’t hardly find anyone to talk to… besides that if you have kids do not bring them there , bunch of pedofiles working there as well!!!!

quiet hotel, clean property, comfortable beds. Everything I could ask for. We will he coming back for sure.
Rooms: clean rooms, newly remodeled, beds are great, smells very clean and looks very clean.
Nearby activities: Lots to do, lots to eat, convenient parking lot access
Safety: excellent lighting in the parkinglot, clean and open. It feels safe being here.

NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE!! if you stay at this hotel make sure they only charge you once!! I traveled from Dallas to take my mother in law to see someone at the Bradshaw unit and I told the man at the front desk we were seniors so I saw in my bank account I got charged twice, it was pricey to begin with but I thought my mother in law deserved a nice place to stay, well since they charge me twice I didn't have enough to get back home with so my account got drafted. I tried to tell the guy at the desk they charged me twice he insisted he did not well 4 days later I can't get ahold of no manager. IF YOU STAY HERE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY CHARGED ONCE! Do not recommend this place at all.

Pretty good hotel that is going through some updates/renovations. The rooms were clean, and had options of coffee\tea with a Keurig machine, as well as a mini-fridge.The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet had good selections. I didn't see a person at the front desk consistently, but that may have been because they were doing a task behind the front desk wall.We were there on a weekend and sometimes the noise level from other guests was loud at odd hours - 6am door slamming, loud music, etc.Overall, a good experience with some area to improve here or there. We would stay there again.

Booked through a 3rd party so the customer service was dismal. I told the front desk I booked a king and she said, well you booked through a 3rd party so…. I booked a King leisure and got a small 2 queen bdrm. I won’t book this hotel again.
