We live in Kilgore Texas so it would generally make more sense to use the H&R in Kilgore right? WRONG!! My cat could do a better job and would at the very least be more friendly. However last year we took a chance on trying the Henderson Texas office instead and WOW could be a fair description of how wonderful they were in Henderson Texas. They were fast,they were nice,they were helpful and they didn't make me feel stupid when I had questions even if my question did seem d**** We're using Henderson again this year and unlike previous years I don't dread it one bit and being as thin skinned as I can be guilty as charged lol. They communicate with me in a way that I can understand without feeling d**** I'll never go anywhere else, thank you Henderson H&R
