I edited my last review and updated it to 3 stars. They did take a long time to fix my push mower (almost 2 months) but when I got it back it did work for the most part with only a few issues here and there. Several times it has had startup issues and will idle roughly for several mins before it starts to level out and run smooth. One of the retainer nuts that holds the top cover on must have been loose as it is now missing. When I pull the cord it contacts the plastic cover every few times, but does start.
