This afternoon we went in per usual. The cooler sections with the meat had plastic tarps over them, but no signage as to why. So I ask the man standing near them why they were covered and if we could get food.

This afternoon, I went to Kroger to purchase a money order. I went to the service desk and saw a sign that said “Service desk closed.” I found a Kroger employee who was watching people self-check. I asked her why the service desk was closed. She said the girl that works it was on break. I asked if anyone else could go there and she replied no. I asked how long she would be on break and she said probably 15 minutes. But she might have to work a checkout line when she cam

Only two, very slow checkers this morning and no baggers. Folks lined up down the aisles waiting to check out. Extremely annoying! And Kroger’s has now decided to charge if you get cash back at checkout. Certainly not customer focused any longer. It’s either shop at Walmart or shop out of town. What a shame.

Customer service is terrible now. at 8:30 at night, no checkers were available. You have to use self checkout which is a pain when you have more than a few items. This use to be my go to store but not since the remodel. They quit carrying lots of stuff that I buy too. Very disappointed.

Very unhappy with the customer service in the Deli. I showed up to pick up an order that's been placed for a week, I was a little early just to see if MAYBE they were ready early, and the lady rolled her eyes and walked off. Repeat customers are not a product of rudeness. Walmart saved me last minute and they were able to get my order taken care of within 15 minutes! Coming from someone who personally works in customer service, I try to be understanding, but given the circumstances I cancelled my order. This was not the first instance of rudeness from deli employees this week. From what i understand, they are short staffed, and that is frustrating I know, but still no excuse for doing your job poorly.

Went in and somehow managed to stay in the store for over an hour and not once did a worker greet or ask about service. When i was checking out a bagger was very rude to the cashier and even though she asked for help with a large bag of flour so it wont tear and he told her she will be fine. But my flour wasnt he hid the side with a tear and i found it in the back of the car after i got home. Then concerns me seeing an employee "wacking" out. Better training and drug test will help maybe even clean up more as well the store smell

This is my grocery store of choice in Henderson. I like that they carry my groceries out for me and the gas discounts are a good bonus.

I live in Houston but regularly travel to Tyler, TX, and I stopped in at this Kroger while passing through Henderson. My main reason for stopping here was that they have a Kroger Gas Station and I can use my loyalty points to fill up. After filling up I ran into the store to grab a soda and a snack. Its an older store (as you can tell by the signage), and is kind of like walking back into the 1980s. That said, this *IS* East Texas and your options are extremely limited. All-in-all its a no-frills store, but because its part of a chain they have standardized offerings and products (which is nice when traveling)
