All I needed was 1 can clear glaze. Web site said they had 2....my husband, or the employee in the paint dept, nor myself could find just 1 can. The employee did try. I ended having to order from Amazon
& wait 2 days to get it. They are changing this store into a "Country & FEED STORE"..No longer a building supply store
I NOW have to drive to Tyler or Longview to go to Home Depot to get lumber and any type up wood trim etc. A HUGE PAIN IN THE NECK. I'm handicapped and now I have to drive over 30 miles to get any building materials!!!

Henderson Lowes is clean, the employees are helpful and easy to find and the check out was a breeze.

Ordered our double doors 5/17. The doors came in no one told us we had to do a refund because someone rang it up wrong and did not include the installment fee. We still have no doors as of today 7/15. Take your money and your business elsewhere these people do not appreciate a paycheck. I will be contacting corporate as well. Try to do business in town and this is the thanks we get.

Has so many products and if staff is always super helpful. They usually know about everything in the store and if they don't, they will figure it out for you.

I was in the Henderson, Tx store on 4/30/24. I needed help in the flooring dept. I walked the entire store looking for help and couldn't find anyone and finally saw John in the Plumbing Dept. He was so nice and kind to help us even though this wasn't his dept.to work in. He was so helpful and found just what we were looking for. He was a very delightful person. I just wanted to recognize the excellent customer service he provided to us. Thank you John.
