Sally has been a great caregiver for me . The clinic is extremely busy and they have many needs to meet each day and work under a lot of pressure. Sally genuinely cares about my issues, and she takes the necessary steps for treatment so I can improve. She is a very good listener and she takes the time to follow up on referrals, meds , tests. She is thorough and kind and quite intelligent.

This place does an awesome job from the ladies in the office, the nurses, and Mike Colotta is about the friendliest good natured doctor you'll ever meet! The staff always seems to get you in and out while still making sure you get the health care you need. Highly recommended!

Mike is my Dr here, and while he is exceptional, the staff up front is lacking. Very rude and demanding that you pay some outrageous fee before they will even make an appointment. The first time that I made an appointment, I was told that I owed $140 for something previous.....but I was a new patient. They couldn't tell me what it was for or why I owed that amount. Just that I owed it and that I couldn't see the Dr again until I pay. When I called to ask about my prescriptions, they are extremely rude and condescending. This is why people go years without seeing a Dr. So that we don't have to deal with people like this. These people don't care about the well being of patients, you are not a patient....you are a customer. Nothing more. The providers do care however and that's the only reason that I've left anything over 1 star. Provider Michael has been great but that staff up front will raise your blood pressure.

Mike is amazing! Twice I’ve needed to get in urgently, and both times they fit me right in. In under a hour I had answers, medicines, and was on my way out. The entire staff is all so incredibly friendly, and we will definitely continue coming here.

Dr. Tad has been my doctor since I was like 13, and let me tell you.... he’s one of the BEST doctors around. Literally knows all my kids and my whole family. Dr. Tad you’re a real angel! We love him big, he truly cares about you and your family! ♥️ Highly recommended!

We see Dr Micheal me and my husband,I'm very happy with my care,however having a issue with my referral to see precision spinal in Tyler they say they never received one the Dr office says they sent it,however I'm stuck in the middle trying to set up a appointment with someone saying they have no referral.My husband However was not to happy he seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't want to take time to answer his questions.
