Sadler's Smokehouse be friendly people and nice people. They open at 7 and have receiving door 1 and door 2. Truckers park next to the blue portapotty and pine tree and watch for random employees walking around your truck as you try to back in. Do NOT park in the mud area or break your seal. The job be good paying, hard work, and leadership be wishy washy but coworkers be pretty nice.
I'm always in and out pretty quick. They do tend to honor their appointment times. Very quick check in process.

This has been at my family's table for as long as I can remember. Still as delicious as before!! Tried the whole turkey for Thanksgiving and started to drive to Henderson, TX to shake everyone's hand at the plant!! Lol

Best brisket I've had from a store. I didn't even need barbecue sauce. Made sandwiches first day second day made salad third day. Served with potatoes as a dinner. Absolutely loved it.♥️
