Double-cheese Beef burger tasted bad. I told the front desk. They said it was cooked today. I told them yes it may be cooked today but the patties were aged and did not taste good at all.
The manager approached me and discussed the resolutions. At least, she wanted to listen to me and seek solution. I suggested a refund, and she had no problem with it. However, honestly I did not feel the sincereness from her but rather than just to control the issue.
I told her it’s OK to not refund me and accepted her willingness to resolve it, but I still wanted to reported here.

You need to tell your cleaning lady to get out of the men's bathroom while men are using the bathroom. That is completely inappropriate. I think corporate needs to know as well.

This used to be a good place for trucks. Decent fuel and restaurant. Now if you buy fuel you don’t get a shower. That’s shady stuff right there. After buying 100+ gallons of fuel the least they should do is a shower and a coffee. Even pilot isn’t that bad.

Terrible service. Wants to hold your license in order to take a shower, because they are having issues with someone stealing their towels. This is unheard of. Totally unnecessary after a long day of work and just wanting to take a shower I shouldn’t have to use my license as leverage to ensure anything. If you stay here overnight be prepared for this foolishness.

I had a very bad experience in this place, the cashier was super rude and terrible and she charged me extra for the food and there is no responsible person to file the complaint

I had an issue at the store today in which I needed to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was not present so I asked for a name and contact. The staff declined. So I asked could i at least get the name of the manager. I was still turned away.

This used to be our favorite place to stop, get gas, and grab a couple fun things for the kids; however, under new management, they have decided to more than double their prices on some things inside. Their management refused to agree on a price for an item that I can buy online from the manufacturer for 65% less! The cashier was so kind and pleasant, but the management could not be bothered to talk to customers. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Used to be a great place to park a truck, able to get a spot anytime day or night. Now, unfortunately, half the spots are taken up with personal vehicles. SMH.

Love this store. The coffee station is always clean and stocked. The food is fresh at meal times and they keep the store clean. Absolutely love the shoe shine guy.
