Set up Covid booster online but when got to store, they said they didn't have it yet. Should have notified us that it wasn't available yet

This pharmacy does not seem reliable. I am supposed to get meds today that were called in yesterday and they are “ temporarily closed” ! No explanations or help .They also close at 8 pm . Why can’t they stay. Open later ? Also ,one pharmacist is incredibly rude .
