Yates GMC, INC. provides excellent customer service. Customers report that the staff are helpful, courteous, and professional. The dealership has a quick turnaround time. The saving grace was the Service Manager Matt, who is honest, professional, and competent. He handled an issue with the engine quickly and fairly and went above and beyond to help. His team fixed a car the first time when other dealerships could not.
