Absolute crooks on pricing. Took a Sierra 2500 in for steering issue. They gave a quote on parts and service. I don't know what the cost of the labor should be, but they have the parts marked up 170% over the LIST PRICE on the GMC website.

So your price doesn't take into account manufacturer recommendations, since GM warranties the part not you that is also irrelevant, the parts are readily available and that is without certified technician labor. So any relevant explanations?

They ran my brother’s credit and we submitted info on our trade in. They never got back with us with any update to At least tell us if we needed a down or if we even qualified. I hate the fact they ran his credit and not get back with us with anything! Everytime we call they reply with “busy with a customer” very unprofessional. Mind you we are in NC trying to do everything online. They should have declined us if they didn’t want to deal with A out-of-state customer.

We just purchased a new 2026 GMC from this dealership, the reason I chose this dealership rather than one of the larger owned group of dealerships is Yates is a small town dealer that operates under Customer first and Customer total satisfaction !! I am a retired GM I’ve run dealerships for over 35 years and I Never praise salesmen because of today’s high pressure - quick kill approach but I must tell you if you want a salesman who is kind , compassionate and understanding of your needs then you need to contact Ron. The sales manager Reggie is another one who runs his office and his approach to every deal is the old school respectful way” Whatever it takes” and they mean it !! The inventory selection is great and their pricing is the best I found while in my search looking for this particular vehicle. The trade-in process was easy and they give you full value with NO GAMES ! I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle New or used to call Ron first before making your deal anywhere else. Great place !!!!!

I had a great salesman, he found the truck we needed in our price range.
Thank you. I was in and out within an hour. I walked out with the truck. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him. I only had to look at one truck. It was exactly what we were looking for.
They have the best prices anywhere around. You can't just go by what's on the website because they have way more than what is listed.

I really like that this is a simple, older building. You’re not paying a bunch of overhead in your purchase just for a shiny floor. Competitive pricing. Genuine guys, happened to have exactly what I was looking for. Andy was great, hospitable and didn’t pressure. He sent sales manager and finance manager out directly to me so we didn’t have to keep going back and forth. Easy sale!

I shared details with the owner Zach on 9/4/2024.( He was somewhat aware of my complaint as he referred to my vehicle). He said he would check into it and have someone call me back. The someone was Mr. Clark that I had spoken with on 8/13/2024. Mr. Clark did apologize for " being on vacation" and not getting back to me then stated " you can't give us a negative review then ask for something". I only wanted my car fixed as promised. I have been dealing with the same issue for 6 months( 4 service appts. Mr. Clark is the one that asked me to submit my invoice then ignored me from 8/13/2024 til 9/3/2024. The review was made a week ago!. Also I was finally told my warranty that I was convinced to purchase did not cover. Shame on Yates GMC in Henderson for not being truthful just to sell a vehicle! Shame on GMC for letting the almighty dollar weigh more than doing the right thing! At the end of the day I'm thankful that I trusted my gut instinct and finally took my vehicle to another business to get checked. They diagnosed and fixed it within an hour and the only thing I told them was there was a noise in the front when I braked. It has taken Yates 6 months to do NOTHING but jerk me around! Do better Yates GMC in Henderson. If I could have put zero stars I would have. Poor customer service and no accountability!!!

So… a lot to say about this dealership.
It’s been almost 2 years since I have purchased my vehicle from yates, and 2 years of hell from that car.
October of 2022, I went to yates to purchase a used bmw (stupid decision in itself), when test driving this vehicle there were no problems, no warning lights, nothing visibly wrong with the car. About a week after purchasing this car the problems began. One day I was driving and stopped at a stop light, i noticed the car was shaking… strange, right? so we told this to the dealership, they said they would take the vehicle into their shop for free to fix the issue, they did not fix this issue and continued to lie and say they “fixed” things that clearly did not need to be fixed. They had the car for about a month. Once I got the car back, 2 days later, the car was leaking oil. Again, we told this to the dealership… they took it in for free… they told us that there was NO oil leak. HA tell that to my driveway. They had it for about another month. We tried to ask them if we could exchange the car for something else or if they would just take the car back, they said they would only give us 7 grand for it. we bought it for about 20 grand. For the first 3 or 4 months of having this car, it was on their property being “fixed” for most of that time.
So basically… they sold us a lemon. they lied and told us it did not have any issues when we were obviously experiencing these issues.
about another 10 grand down the drain trying to fix this car so that we can sell it and find a different car. thank you for stealing our money yates!

5 stars aren’t enough for this car dealer! We have needed several things addressed on a car purchased from somewhere else and every time we get great service. Today, Matt went above and beyond to help us fix an issue. Thank you guys for being amazing!
