Came at 3am, after traveling all day from NC and all I wanted was hot fresh chimis from Allsups. WELL... they did not disappoint. The food was hot and fresh and the ladies working were super nice and helpful. It's definitely a tradition for us to stop at the first allsups we see and get some delicious chimis.

No paper towel, workers yelling and yapping with a bystander instead of helping customers while one person waits on everyone. Worst convenience store of any kind I’ve ever been in and I travel for a living.

Stopped by at 6am on my way back to Amarillo & I must say that was the worst customer service ive had in a while...the 3 ladies there were having a conversation about what girl her guy had been with & Not giving the customers any kind of eye contact very rude even while handing back my change she never turned and looked at me just kept talking about their personal lives .Very unprofessional !!

I went to Allsups at 1 o’clock in the morning to get Bean and beef Burritos today December 12 as I was there I asked the ladies the two that were working how long the Burritos had been sitting there. They said they were fresh from now on. I will always just ask them to make me fresh burritos because they were not fresh at all. They were so soft like they hadn’t even been cooked, of course they were cooked but they had been sitting there. I feel well over a couple hours because they were already throwing Making fresh food for themselves and eating it right in front of everyone who kept walking in Why do they get to have fresh food and customers get to have food that has been sitting there for hours they have the worst attitudes, their eyes and being so rude If I could put zero stars, I would

Went there with my mom today my mom has a service dog because she has epilepsy the person working there (you already got a picture of her) yelled at my mom than called a manager not telling the manager the service dog was a service dog just referring to him as "a big dog" and then told us her supervisor "just didn't want dogs there" now we're banned from there even the police got involved plus she very very rude had no name tag that a I saw my mom also has a device next to her heart that caused her voice to quiet down when stressed and the lady working there kept yelling at my mom saying my mom was yelling. Please have her fired.

if y'all go to allsup's in Hereford at 1303 E. 1st st , the last allsup's leaving Hereford to Amarillo, there's this rude worker there. just because I took my dog inside, like I do every time I go there, she told me to go wait outside (so I did, respectfully. I didn't argue, didn't say nothing.) my husband stayed inside to pay for our gas and she "refused service to him" just because he asked if she was the manager there. All he had told her was that we go there everytime to pump and they let me bring my dog in, so he was just curious why I had to go wait outside. like In my video with me, she threw the money at him, and "refused his service." so, I myself went inside, asked for my gas and all I asked was if she was the manager, and she "refused my service" . I've never been treated like this , and I think she was highly unprofessional. I wasn't being "rude" or sarcastic as she was. I'm sorry but allsup's doesn't pay that much for you to be that rude and disrespectful to people !! Highly don't recommend going when this lady is there !

I love going to this store Connie and all the other girls are so nice and helpful. Store is always cleans and welcoming. Food is always fresh.

There was a lady there with THE WORST attitude ever. I didn't see her name. I just remembered the letter C, and she had no spirit, but when I went back a few days ago, another girl with sleeve tattoos was very nice and worked efficiently. The restrooms were also pretty gross

A lady named Connie was absolutely the worst, and most of the employees were so lazy and slow it took me 10 minutes just for 4 burrito because they didn't start to cook them beforehand and waited till someone ordered

Restrooms were clean, plenty of parking. Just be careful pulling in and out traffic is quite heavy in the morning / afternoon
