Be prepared to stay here all day long, I was supposed to do drop and hook scheduled a day before and it wasn't ready.I'm still waiting from 9am 12 noon

Only one star because that's the lowest I could go. They were supposed to have a preloaded trailer done. Not done so live unload. Been in a door for six hours and they haven't touched the truck yet. Ridiculous. It amazes me how little these people care.
