Very disappointed in “hometown business” my 74 year old mother in fixed income went in to get inspection and oil and water CHECKED. They “misunderstood” and changed her oil, halfway through she asked what they were doing, when they told her she told them that’s not what she asked for. They charged her for the service and refused to even meet her halfway on price saying “business has been slow”!!! Not an excuse to take advantage of an elderly woman. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Taking
