The lady at the customer service treated us horrible! My card chip didn't work and they refused to manually enter the #s. Such a simple and easy solution(that has been done before In several Walmarts this week since we are in vacation). & She even proceeded to tell me that it's my problem my card doesn't work! Horrible, just horrible!

I had to go all the way to Amarillo to get my tires replaced under the manufacturer warranty on the vehicle's tires! Because the auto care center is not apparently trained on how to cover warranties on the tires that are purchased and and doing a prorating for the next purchase off of the other tire! If they don't know what they are doing in their department they should not be working there!!! It is pathetic and ridiculous that I have to go all the way to Amarillo to get the situation done on my tires.???

Smaller Wal-Mart but great friendly staff work here. They are always kind and helpful. Way better than the Amarillo stores!

It's Walmart. What do you expect. I'll give three stars because the staff aren't too helpful. One lady acts like it's a problem to help me locate an item. I'm NOT from here, I do NOT know your stores layout. However some staff are nice and are helpful with self checkout. They never have any other cashiers in actual lanes. I'll have to give it a fair 3 stars.

If you want to talk to someone in pharmacy in Spanish, I do not recommend that you do it, look for someone to interpret for you because those of us who speak only Spanish are left waiting more than 10 minutes. I will wait just to tell them exactly how long to wait to be able to know if the medicines are my son, blessings for everyone were already ready.
