This place is an absolute disaster. Let’s start with the printers—they’re always out of paper. Want a receipt? Forget it. I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s the same story every time. Why even have them if you’re never going to maintain them?
As for the location, it’s disgusting. Trash everywhere, bathrooms that look like they haven’t been cleaned since the Reagan administration, and a smell that’s somewhere between spoiled milk and despair. The pumps barely work, and the inside of the store feels like a bad scene from a horror movie.
Seriously, Allsup’s, do better. Avoid this place unless you’re desperate—or want an unforgettable reminder of why some gas stations give the whole industry a bad name.

I stopped and pre paid $50 of gas. Attendant was very slow to help then would not turn on the pump. Very large blond woman with glasses, very lazy and mean, cost you sales. Cuz I won’t stop at Alsops again.

Both bathrooms broke. A line of port-a-pottys outside. It was 104 degrees outside so just imagine that pleasant experience. Fountain machine is broken. Fryer is broken so don’t stop here for a gut grenade or a corn dog. 2 stars because workers were friendly and was able to get a cold drink out of the refrigerator.

Just stopped for diesel. A young man named Steven was working the graveyard shift. He was a very friendly, efficient, and the store was clean. It's nice to see a friendly face, in a good mood, at 1 o'clock in the morning! Thanks, Steven!

I have to admit that accommodations are 95% of the experience and the rest the delivery of those accommodations. But nevertheless those experiences come hand in hand with experience and delivery. My intentions was to stop and use the restroom but there wasn't one to use but at least they had porta potties which isn't a bad thing man you're not especially when you're one that has to go LOL. All in all experience was delightful with expedited Services if need be everything was fronted the right way in moderate Supply but they are nonetheless for I was accommodated with its unique amenities. Thank you for the unique also experience closer to my home town as well as the headquarters for this establishment and that's how it's supposed to be!

While staff were decently nice, I stopped in last night on my way to Amarillo to get gas as a last stop type thing. I want to know why the Allsup’s sign said $2.68 for unleaded, I paid inside, walk out and my pump for unleaded read $3.39 per gallon. Asked the guy behind the counter about it and said that was the price for unleaded without the rewards. Was I lied to and scammed or was this legit? Either false advertising or guy thinks he can set his own gas prices.

No public restroom, currently there are Porta potty‘s outside the convenient store. Their gas prices are about $.25 per gallon higher than outside of Sweetwater. But they are kind of a last stop between post and sweet water, so we are grateful they are there open long hours and working hard to help travelers in the community.
