Customer service here is lacking. I’ve stopped 3-4 times, and each time, the employees will make you wait at the register, while they are talking or drinking coffee. They will make eye contact, and just carry on as if you’re a nuisance. I won’t stop here again.

Worst 7-11 ever. Beeen going there before 7-11 bought it from stripes. I went almost every day for breakfast and sometimes lunch. I have never seen a convenience store especially on the served food have the restrooms closed completely down for over 2 months. I still work and you can’t even wash your hands before you eat. This is totally unacceptable. I will be calling the health department to see if this is an infraction on an establishment that serves food.

I Have a bad experience with one of the Employees, she is very rude! She has a bad attitude! Worst customer service I've been.

They claim to be open 24 hours. I went there around 1130pm. The girl graciously came to the door saying she was closed. WTH.

There were to salesperson inside the store but they said it was closed. The last time I remember seven eleven is a 24 hour store, I was really disappointed, and if I were the owner of the store I would be very mad, because they are getting free salary without working! This happens and hour before this post.

I was on a quest tonight for a Slurpee. Three other stores failed me. This one is awesome, and I told him my story. I received a discount, so it taste even Better! Score, epic night!

Store leader ( Christine) on establishment have no respect for customers or employees seems like she don’t want to be there.
What’s the point to have a food service and tables if she don’t let you use it when you spend money buying there … with a lot of lack of professionalism and respect she yell at us
No table service all the way from register like we were doing something wrong. As a company manager working around the area I don’t think me or any of one of my crews will come back to this store period. That maybe don’t affect the business but is good to vent this kind of behavior

Employees not charging correctly for taco's/ meal. Attempting to rip customers off. My guess is so they can get free food. Employees yelling at customers. Food prep area full of flies, dry looking food items. No sauce given.
Everything is broken and or dirty.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Been going to this store for a week every morning. Went in this morning and ask for cigarettes and a lady I guess her name is Karen LOL. Loudly said we have to have your DL. Funny I’ve been buying them for a week and never had to ID I’m 57. So I drove down to CEFCO convenience store the lady was super friendly her name was Pam. Not Karen LOL. Do not understand why they hire these employees with bad attitudes. The water out front of the store is in bad shape been in the sun to long don’t buy it not good to drink water in plastic bottles setting in 100 degree weather read up on that.

This was the worst customer service ever. On my way to work I stop in for a burrito only. 3 associates in the store , not one spoke. I stood at the food counter no one said can I help you or nothing. A lady comes out the back on the phone, yet I was never addressed. Myself and only one other customer was in the store and he was buying lottery tickets. I simply walked out. Worst ever
