Coach Snider worked with my sons' football team a few years ago and we were impressed with him. So, when they needed some help with improving speed and agility, we called him. I have him a five star rating before and would do so (a 5+) again. He is an even BETTER motivator and Coach one-on-one. He takes the time to correct form, to work on individual needs and performance and gives great feedback along the way. He is worth your money and time!!!!

Jerry spent the summer training my 16 year old son. He taught him the proper way to improve jumping, fitness training and nutrition. With his help my son was able to achieve his goals and and beyond.

Coach Snider did an amazing job of slimming down and muscling up my sons during football season. One of them said that he does an excellent job of spacing the workouts so that you're pushing your limits, but not completely drained. They are still utilizing some of the things they learned from him now, and are looking forward to the grind again soon!

Jerry has been helping me get stronger and become more fit for a few months, When I first started on this journey I could not do 5 pushups and forget dips, I am proud to know I am able to do 25 push ups and 25 dips in a row without resting, I loath dips but I am getting stronger and even though I have not had a huge weight loss I have noticed my tummy is getting firmer and I am getting stronger. Jerry is very patient and works with you. I give him 2 thumbs up!
