Finally found a gym that works directly with me and helps me achieve my fitness goals! Angie is the best, and has been so helpful since the first time I walked in the gym. This place is so clean and inviting every time I arrive! Can’t recommend enough!

Angie does a wonderful job with clients and others who workout at the Hewitt AF location. She makes time to answer questions and creates an overall welcoming atmosphere. The gym clerk, Victoria, is the point person for visitors and is excellent at her job. She shows potential members all the gym has to offer and provides an indepth overview of AF guidelines. Both are outstanding!

My husband dropped in tonight . And he said the gym smelt horrible . Body odor / poop smell . The gym didn’t seem to be clean at all . He tried to workout there & just couldn’t due to how bad the smell was . Very disappointed that the gym was like that . Never again !

It used to be relatively quiet and peaceful here. Now the music is unreasonably loud and multiple TVs are at a ridiculous volume settings. Even through the noise-cancelling headphones you get sensory overloaded fast.

Gym is Always clean and well lit. Machines are always operational and clean. They offer Personal Training around my schedule which is super nice.

Made a quick stop while I was in town and it was a nice experience. Clean gym, has everything I needed and was active which tells you a lot about a gym.
