“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Honestly We've had bad run ins with Mechanic shops before so when our vehicle tried to die. We poured $2000 into our Tahoe to fix everything we could for a misfire. I was heart broken it didnt solve it. We didnt want to lose her so i googled a shop in walking distance. (Most said, for how much we paid to fix it ourselves why didnt we just get a new vehicle, Trust me she is worth every dime) I found La Familia and took the leap..IM 1000000% SATISFIED AND IN LOVE! I wanted to make sure I got the best service and to make sure all my modifications were going to be done to the highest quality. Well, they were done even beyond my expectations! “Couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service, and with the work performed!Maaco took my truck in and fixed a door handle and lock within the course of one day. Not only did they fix it, but they made a couple of adjustments/modifications that made it even better. This was after another outfit first broke my door handle in the process of putting electronic locks & alarms on my truck because they failed to properly connect the rods from the door handle to the locking plate— then they also failed to honor their work!Maaco did the work that the former shop not only failed to honor after they messed it up, but had claimed could not be fixed without extensive work. I even went and pulled the necessary rods from a vehicle at a wrecking yard (upon the first shop’s request that I do so!) and the first shop STILL couldn’t fix the problem that they themselves had created.Maaco took one look at everything and said “no problem, we will fix it.” And, they did! In a world, where most shops today seem to have trouble even locating their own shop rags, let alone, doing quality work, Maaco definitely stands out above all the rest!Refreshing to find a place that actually knows what they’re doing and gets the job done right the first time!Way to go Maaco! “I took a little bit to think of what I wanted to say. I gave the rating that I did mainly because communication in the beginning wasn't that great. It wasn't until close to the end of the project that it got better. The initial project was a frame swap and front end repair on my 2012 ram 1500 pick up. And I really do have to give it to service king, this was a difficult project from the beginning and they took it on to get me my truck back. Took about 3 1/2 months to complete because it took a while to find my truck frame which is no fault on service king. Parts are hard to come by now a days and I'm also a mechanic myself so I understand. There were a few mechanical issues that arose once I got the truck back but service king was VERY QUICK to address the issues. I am overall satisfied with the repairs done to my truck so I'd like to extend a THANK YOU to them for making it possible to bring my truck home. Please work on your communication in the future. And I'd like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Debbie for staying in touch with me and making sure the repairs were done right. And Eric for the outstanding job on the body work. I know that wasn't an easy task.”
