“I called and spoke to Richard at 4:30. He sent the driver to get the battery I needed right then. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. I purchased an air filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades. I planned to do them myself. He insisted on his staff doing their job. I dealt with 2 other places this weekend, hands down Richard provided old school customer service. I am so happy I found them. Will definitely use them exclusively. Cannot thank them enough!?”

He also noticed my antifreeze was low, so he helped find the correct antifreeze and filled it for me. He also gave me a few pointers on other minor issues he noticed that needed to he addressed at some point in the future. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention to detail he provided. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and completely went above and beyond to help me today.
