Unfortunately, I selected this establishment for an auto repair work. Waited over a month before the work even began, then the owner complained that he was having to come in on a weekend to perform the paint. l would not use them ever again. If I could give them zero I would.

I've been having an issue with my system for years, and it never really bothered me enough, until it finally did. I stopped at this place and Chris Simmons attended me even though he was pretty busy. He took his time to explain all the possibilities that were causing the issue with my distorted sound. He recommended a filter for my RCA wires. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much for taking time of your busy day to help me!! The price for the filter was awesome! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some other placed try ripping you off with! I felt that my need was greater and more important to him than what they could make out of my bank account. Thank you for being a place honest and humble. You don't find that much anymore in today's society or places of business!

Chris and his team did such an amazing job at replacing my head unit and bezel on my truck. They also added a toggle switch and a back up camera for me. They really went above and beyond and I cant say enough about how amazing Chris and his team are. If you need any truck or car worked on please come see them!

If you have an old radio and want to upgrade it to a DVD touch screen radio, then this IS the place. Professional installation had it done in an hour. I couldn't wait to mess with the controls and figure it out! But when my son saw that I had the radio changed because he's been asking, he was more then happy! Next are the subs nothing big after all it's a truck, but we are very happy with the out come and the DVD player works Great! Thanks "Brazos Valley auto concept". And the price WAS VERY FAIR!

We own a 1988 Lincoln Town Car we use for towing our small camper. We noticed the tail lights stopped working, and the 12-volt car battery would be dead when the Lincoln was left parked for a couple of days. After calling around, we learned most auto repair shops in our area won't work on cars that old. But Brazos Valley Auto Concepts offered to attempt to locate the electrical problem if I was willing to let them keep the car for a few days so they could thoroughly check it out. This was not a problem since we just use the car occasionally. Chris Simmons and his crew are dedicated. Sometimes when I drive by, I have noticed their lights on after hours as they finish up work on customers’ cars. They spent six hours going over all the wires, fuses and connections and making repairs. Then Chris called to say the car was ready. They had replaced the alternator and frayed wiring—all for a very reasonable fee. The lights now work and the battery remains strong when parked for several days. Also, the cruise control, which had become inoperable a couple of years ago, started working again. It seems there was a short in the alternator that bled voltage from the battery, even though the alternator still charged the battery when the motor was running. Chris Simmons communicates intelligently and is skillful at diagnosing electrical problems. I enthusiastically recommend Brazos Valley Auto Concepts for vehicle owners needing electrical or accessory repairs, as well as for installing various features to customize their vehicles.

My 2014 Honda Odyssey was backed into and both driver side doors needed replaced. After calling 4 body shops (come to find out shops don’t like working on sliding doors) called Brazos Valley from a recommendation and Mark said to bring it by to have George take a look at it.
These guys are down to earth and shoot you straight. Mark said he would call me when they could get me in. Good shops tend to have work pilled up. My uncle owns a shop in MO so I get it.
Mark did call when they could get me in. Dropped it off Monday thinking they would have it for a month. They worked with my insurance. 2 weeks later!!!! I have my van back and looks good as new.
Would recommend them 100%!!!!

There was a mix up where they replaced two door speakers instead of just the one speaker that was busted. And better speakers than what I had. But they still did the work for the original price. Also, good customer service, and the speakers sound great!
