In the last year, Crestview RV in Hewitt has repaired our inTech Sol Dawn twice. They have been honest, done a great job, fair in their pricing, quick to get us in and out, and totally professional in all our interaction with them. In a world where this is no longer the norm, it’s been so encouraging to do business with them!

Grand Design and all of the RV’s are absolute junk! Made for the cheapest imported materials, which break daily. Everyday my BRAND NEW Grand Design has something wrong with it. The bathroom floor leaking, lights and awning , trailer brakes, screws falling out literally paint and stickers coming off already and rust all over the frame which I was told from them driving the trailer for. From up north where they have d
Salt on the roads.
Nothing but excuses no repairs done without raising the roof and screaming from the tops of the mountains. There is a special place in hell for those who “build and sell” these pieces of junk at absolute insane prices! $100k for a rolling nightmare! Do not buy and RV save yourselves the pain and suffering! From a real customer with real problems the dealers and manufacturers will not fix even on a brand new trailer.

We got a flat on side road next to Crestview. Walked up to Crestview Rena came out helped plugged our tire save the day! With a car full of kids stuck on side of the road worst feeling ever😭 all God will and timing thank you Rena today you were our angel! Thank you Crestview for allowing great employees to help us!

We have a 2024 Grand Design Reflection 296RDTS travel trailer. While traveling across I-80 we hit an orange and white cone when driving through a work zone in Nebraska. We took it to Crestview for an estimate for repairs. They ordered the parts needed for the repair, and when all parts arrived we took it and they completed the repairs in one day. They are a great group of guys and did a great job. We worked with Cameron and Jacob. I highly recommend Crestview RV in Hewitt, TX for any RV repairs. Thanks guys!!

Had a great experience with Crestview RV! We let David our salesman know what we were looking for and he showed us a few with that in mind. No pressure on having to decide right then. We ended up finding the one we wanted and Kenneth in finance was able to get everything going for us with ease! When taking the trailer home Jacob went through and checked off all the safety measures and made sure we were good to go before hitting the road! Again, great experience and highly recommend Crestview RV

Crestview in Waco/Hewitt is hands down the best place when buying new trailer. First off Kenneth Mcmillian finance department makes every thing smooth and easy. Great Sales Person Vincent Resendez friendly and very knowledgeable . Then we have Dylan in service department this guy is amazing . When I got my 2024 Ketstone Acrdia home found a leak in the butane hose. I called and they walk me through a few steps nothing work so he drove from Hewitt to Salado and changed out a hose. Not many places would have done that! This is my second trailer from Crestview and will always be the one and only I ever use. .

This is where I picked up my fifth wheel, it's a used model, but was in amazing condition. I LOVE IT! They helped every step of the way,. Would definitely return when and if I need a new RV.

Heater on a Fairly new Grand Design fifth wheel went out two days prior on a multi day trip. Crestview staff answered texts before they opened and let us drop by on a Saturday. Don from service troubleshot the issue quickly and got us back on the road within 30 minutes. A huge THANK YOU to the Crestview staff for helping us continue our trip.

I can not say enough good things about Crestview service center at the Waco location, their customer service is outstanding!
We hated to see Keller leave, but we are so glad to see Cameron in the Service Mager position. Cameron is very knowledgeable and always on top of what is happening with our RV, he takes the time to deal with insurance companies and get approvals on items the insurance denies. He has a great team working with him, Jessica and Jacob are wonderful to work with, they are both knowledgeable in what it takes to repair the RV.
We have had multiple repairs on our RV over the last 3 years and have always had a Super expierence at Crestview Waco.
We will not take our RV to any other dealership for repair work.

Thank you Noel and Kenneth, everything was done for us professionally and pretty quick too, about 3 hrs or so. We got the travel trailer we wanted right here in Texas. Highly recommend.
