FedEx is the worst delivery company in existence. Horrible service record. UPS is far superior. FedEx is the Taco Bell of Mexican food…it exists but shouldn’t.

This is the worst Fed Ex office! The last 5 deliveries have been sent to the wrong address or never made it to any address. One time, I watched the driver throw a package out of his door onto road and drive away. No one answers the phone and clearly no one cares about customer service. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. Close it down, it’s useless.

5 mis delivered packages. Got lucky on first 3 the home owner dropped them off. Last two no where to be found. Ups, Amazon and usps have no problem delivering to our house. Delivered to a house that I can’t find based on the “proof” of delivery photo the provide.

I’d rate a -5 stars if i could! I just got a text that my package couldn’t be delivered at 5:21 pm because no one was home. Hello!! Yes we are! I called the 800 number and was told it’ll be delivered tomorrow. She verified that no signature is required. So why wasn’t the package left on the porch if no signature is required? In a hurry to get home for supper, FedEx driver? Needless to say, I’m not a happy camper!! Boo on you, FedEx!

Dropped off at the wrong address. If the person at that address was not honest, I would not have it. Thank goodness he was and brought to me. My address is 300 Besson st and it was left at 403 Beeson St. WHY

If I could give a zero I would. Today is the second time the driver left a package by my garage door in the heat and where anybody from the street could steal it. The drivers are too lazy to go to my front porch. They used to in the past but not lately. I hope post office and UPS don't get that lazy. I'm asking the company that I order from to use UPS or require a signature. That's why I don't like ordering online. We have to depend on these people that don't care or don't have common sense.
