We bought a laptop with Fedex delivery. We never signed and received a package, but the system showed it was delivered. After reporting this issue to their office here, they did nothing except that showing me paper work that it was delivered. Asked them about the driver to verify, they EXACTLY do not know who delivered it. Fedex uses sub-contractor for their last-mile delivery, they REALLY DO NOT CARE the delivery, they could NOT gurantee the delivery through these people. NEVER USE Fedex, especially for some expensive items.

If this hub is handling your package, you can kiss it goodbye and expect to never receive it. They will continually make no attempt at delivery, or will claim they are unable to locate your address, or make up some other lame excuse. You can also expect no help from FedEx customer service.
If you are lucky and do end up receiving your package, it’ll likely be damaged and the contents unusable.
I have been expecting 5 packages. 4 of them have not been delivered and the delivery date is ever changing. The one that did miraculously show up (glass contents) was completely shattered.

Fed ex is the absolute WORST place to get your items shipped. They couldnt find my address and it changed it to the next day and keeps delaying the delivery. Do NOT come here to ship things or just for any case. -♾️/10

❗️❗️. This FedEx location Hewitt Tx on Alliance Pkwy has had my package since 2025 June 7th on a truck for delivery. It is now June 17th , no package no communication NOTHING !! Have contacted seller, FedEx online, FedEx and filed 2 complaints and still
NOTHING ❗️❗️. Why would anyone want to use FedEx again with this kind of treatment ?. ❗️❗️.

These people are the worst delivery service in history. I really wanna cuss but I'll keep it professional. 2 shipments back to back both 6 days late and probably wouldn't have shown up if I didn't press the issue. My packages sat in Hewitt FedEx location for 6 days!! Completely UNACCEPTABLE THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN

These idiots that drive out here apparently don't know how to read or follow instructions. My packages are never delivered to my house like they are supposed to. They always leave at the mailboxes after being told multiple times not to leave the packages there because people in the past have stolen packages. I call customer service every time and have the same conversation. Nothing gets done about it and it's BS !! DO BETTER FEDEX!!!!

Called to complain several times about leaving packages by street that some one could steal..last week they left up front in rain..I called and they said they would get back to me with in 24 hrs..they never get back to resolve the issue..we are going straight to shipper here on out ..maybe they can get things fixed..ups & usps have no issues putting on porch

Some driver just left my package at some random gate. No picture and I put the right address. Now I have to wait for them to finish an investigation to locate my car part so my wife can get her car fixed. This is by far the craziest thing I've witnessed in my logistics career.

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. Fedex is the ABSOLUTE WORST! They never deliver to my house. They just throw the box out at the start of the road which is almost a mile from my house. UPS delivers promptly directly to my house. When given a choice I always choose UPS over Fedex and I encourage shippers to use them as well because their service is absolutely horrible. You can only call their automated line which is completely useless. I need to speak to a real person in the Hewit office so they can ensure the drivers stop being lazy and not driving to the actual house.

If you have a package that comes to this place, just know that you may be waiting or be delayed a few days constantly changing when they’re going to drop off your package horrible customer service phone wise no reason why they have a one star package said it was supposed be delivered on 1st of February Then got delayed until 3rd of February Which was a Monday then got delayed until Tuesday on the fourth package is literally 6.2 miles away from my house was told from customer service on phone To pick Pick Up up from the station was going to be a 24 input to get my package for me to go pick it up I might as well wait till the day that it says that it was delayed to come first time with FedEx getting a package delivered truly in honorably will be my last time getting a package from FedEx first time experience horrible last time experience from them won’t continue with their service

My package supposed to be delivered on 1/24/25 they telling me that they’re closed for a holiday, which is a lie cause I know they’re out delivering packages. They just don’t wanna go back to the warehouse and go get mine. Which sucks cause I paid the extra for fast delivery. What’s the point in paying FedEx Ground sucks. I’m tired of businesses using them.
