Yesterday I received 3 out of four items from FedEx. I called FedEx customer service and guaranteed me that my package would be delivered by 1 o’clock the next day. I called three times today on March 1, 2024 to verify that my package would be delivered at 1 o’clock. All the agents said yes sir it would be delivered by one. Now here it is 1 o’clock and my package is not delivered when I call back and spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor said we can’t make that guarantee. I told her the agent that made that guarantee sent me a confirmation number that would be delivered at that time. They cost me money from a customer due to their negligence. I guess I will now have to switch to UPS who I have had no problem with.

Says my package is undeliverable saying it damaged. But yet fedex says not sending it back to sender and sender won't give refund until they recieve item back. It's a $2000 item

Toll free number is useless when you actually need to speak to a real person and no one admits to having any way to reach the distro center. And...I have a package that comes EVERY week. And EVERY week, FedEx has some excuse as to why my weekly delivery is late or missing, regardless of weather or road conditions. To compound matters, the driver that comes to my area has shown that they couldn't care less about customers or their parcels, this driver just tosses my parcels out of the back of the van onto a concrete drnveway, even when packages are labelled 'THIS SIDE UP" or "FRAGILE". Shame on you, FedEx.

I've shipped to Riesel Texas w FudEx in the past and had no problems.
I shipped a box of Christmas presents to our kids that left Arizona on December 26th and were on a truck out for delivery from the Hewitt Texas station on December 29th but were never delivered...apparently it's too difficult for Fed to find the package.
My son drove from Riesel to Hewitt, went to the Fed station to ask about the package. He said the place looks like a prison...tall fence and wire. No office to walk into just a button on a gate to push for service. He kept pushing the button and waited. 20 minutes later, no answer and no sign of people.
If you live or ship near Waco Texas or have anything to do with Baylor University or any business in the area (I am told that Magnolia does not use them) - think twice before trusting your valuables with this company.
The tracking number ends in 4259 (in case the company thinks this post is bogus). I had complained to them 5 days ago about it and they called back saying the station was unable to locate the package and that I should start a claim....I requested a manager and the agent promised me a call from the Station Manager. I wonder how long that will take or if it will happen at all.

The reason I hate FedEx they can't deliver a package right then they told me they delivered it a certain address instead of delivering it at mine they lied about that because I went to that place and they never received a package from FedEx then I had to drive around my neighborhood After I received a picture from where he delivered it at. It was 3 blocks away from my house. Then when I call FedEx to talk to a supervisor they would not let me talk to the supervisor So the supervisors just sit up there and relax. They don't get to get yelled at by customers after their drivers screw up. So that's why I really hate FedEx. Because they don't deliver packages right. So When I order something I will make sure it doesn't get delivered by FedEx and if I could I give them 0 stars because it just makes me so mad that they can't delivered package right.

Ashley called me on my cellphone to alert me that the external box was wet, and they wanted to rebox so it wouldn't damage the contents inside. She also helped me set up a pickup at this location, which was extremely helpful!I got off work late and made it to the office at 6:02pm, which was after they closed at 6pm. I called and Chris helped me after hours get my package. He was beyond helpful, and extremely courteous.Thank you Ashley and Chris!

I had a great driver during the summer. Since then no so much. I live in the country and my packages are being dropped in the driveway where it meets the road. Today the driver took it to a new level and unfortunately we were home to see it. As I got up to meet the driver they drove away. When I got outside My package was at the road but to make it worse the driver THREW the package from the truck at our dog! What she didn’t realize was my daughter was on the other side of the building along with my granddaughters. WTH kind of drivers are y’all hiring!!!

Can’t deliver packages in a timely manner. Mark packages as business closed but there’s never a notice left. They do that because they can’t manage to make deliveries on time. I’ve complained about this hub to FedEx numerous times. They suck.

Are your drivers incompetent? Every single package I have through FedEx Ground gets delivered to the wrong address. Every single one. Can they not read numbers? UPS and USPS get it right every single time, and you guys get it wrong every single time. I think you guys are the problem.

1 star, only because I can't give 0. Again. Almost 2 years ago, I lost 6 customers because this location could not even begin to get my orders to me even remotely on time, even when I paid for 2nd & 3rd day, they would come in close to a week late and no refund for shipping to either myself or my vendor who I ordered from. Hopefully I'll get my shipment tomorrow after a 2nd delay today, if not, I may be loosing a 7th customer.Only way I can remedy this is to drop my vendors who ship via this trash company.

FedEx ground out of Hewitt, Tx is the worse shipping service possible. 50% of the time they don't deliver your package when it's supposed to be delivered. It can say out for delivery, but u won't get it till next week. They do not care at all about customer service!

Driver delivered to wrong address (double checked that I put in the correct address, I did…) and FedEx still will not fix the issue.It’s been four days, and they keep saying they’ll “get back with me,” but it shouldn’t be that hard to retrieve my package from the incorrect location & redeliver it to the right location ??Giving me the run around and it’s extremely frustrating; now someone is probably enjoying my $330 package. What a waste.

UPDATE: had to come back here and say that their service in the past year has completely turned around. I don’t know if it’s change in management or whatever the cause may be but zero complaints at this time. I used to fearfully watch my orders being handled by FEDEX after the experience we’ve had. Fearfully because so many packages have gone missing and days wasted sitting at home waiting for something to arrive that never would. In the past year they have been consistent, careful with products they deliver and almost always ahead of time on delivery times. Whatever you guys are doing is working for this neighborhood. Keep it up!Yet another UPDATE: And here we are 1 year later in the same situation. Like I mentioned in my review, I never choose this company for any of my services and if I'm able to see before placing my order that FedEx will be used, I cancel it. It's a gamble, and almost always losing one. Did not know Sam's Club uses FedEx so placed an order and unfortunately that's who provides courier service for them. I was home since early evening. At 2129 I get a notification that delivery failed because no-one was home. Pull up the camera and sure enough, the truck never crossed our street and it most definitely did not attempt a delivery. If you are running late just mark it as rescheduled but why blatantly lie??? I know I'm not the only one. My local community has dozens of threads on the neighborhood app with the exact same concerns. How do you guys stay in business??? I have UPS and USPS, as busy as they are, delivering packages consistently on time, to the right address, and communicate any delays with efficiency. What is the problem?UPDATE: no one ever resolved this situation despite the filed claims and the packages never turned up. They simply delivered these to some random person and called it a completed job.Two packages coming from 2 different merchants are marked as delivered. I reviewed the live footage of my security camera for that whole day. Guess what, the FedEx truck never even crossed our street that day. Now I have to reach out to both senders, and wait for god knows what outcome here. So far I'm out $200. Shameful way to do business.A few weeks ago we had another package coming by FedEx. The driver pulled up by the house and just sat in the truck for over 5 minutes. My husband happened to be in the garage and after waiting for a while came out to talk to the driver. The driver said "Come one man, your box is too heavy, I'm trying to figure out how to get it to the door. What is in it". The package was no bigger than a shoe box. My husband just carried the box inside. When did it become anyone's business what's in the box? How long was the driver going to sit in the truck instead of doing his job? What kind of greeting is "come on man" from a "professional" company worker?I will never voluntarily choose this company if I can help it.

This Hewitt FedEx facility is the worst. There are a few thief’s working at this location. I’ve been told by someone that works at this facility. That they have a thief problem especially when it comes to high value shoes and electronics like phones. It’s either the actual FedEx employees. Or the third party people working on behalf of FedEx, maybe both? Definitely people working inside the wear house checking in packages. Then discovering what’s inside. Every time I’ve had high value items get sent to this location either outbound to a company from me or inbound from a company to me. Something always happens to the packages ONLY at this location. It’s happened enough that tech giant Apple has opened investigations in to the matter along with 3 letter agencies. Not only that, this FedEx facility always seems to screw up the original delivery times and dates with customer packages. I hope massive amounts of company’s get wind of all these negative comments. To choose other shipping options besides using FedEx. I hope the CEO and shareholders catch wind of this horrible facility. I don’t have an issue with FedEx as a whole, just this facility. With a multitude of failures on this FedEx facility part. That has affected not only me but thousands of other people.
