Initially, I was renting for one month. Well, it turned into 11 months and I never had one problem. I paid through an app on my phone. I was reminded to pay with an email every month, well before the due date. It’s a nice facility, great location, easy access and great staff. I recommend HGS to anyone needing a safe, reliable storage facility 😊❤️

This is our second time using them because they have excellent customer service. Lee, the onsite manager, is one of the nicest men you will ever meet. He is very patient and helpful and explains everything thoroughly! He even let me in during his lunch hour just so that I could get it taken care of on my lunch hour. I highly recommend them!

The guys are always so nice and helpful when I need to storage unit! I’ve used the Hewitt location on and off for many years and plan to keep them as my go to when I need a little extra space.

Management is very friendly, and I was never harassed for coming and going late at night like most facilities do. Don't get me wrong...I am fairly certain I saw someone drive by once or twice when I stayed a long time, but I would expect that. They have to protect everyone's units, but I never felt I was being judged or was treated badly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a unit.
