Last year was my first time choosing Jackson Hewitt and they messed up my return now I have to go amend my taxes for review and not only do I have to pay for last year and told them that I want what I did last year and due to the prior mistake they made I didn't catch it till after they scanned this year so now I have to pay for a mistake they did and I was told that they would discount it, but if it was my mistake then you wouldn't have discounted it. Last time I will do business with them.

Had an appointment which started 20 minutes late because the person preparing taxes wouldn’t get talking to her previous clients. I understand being friendly, but when there someone waiting, bs some other time. The fee is absolutely exorbitant so they can plug a few numbers into a pre-fabricated spreadsheet. Will never use them again

The lady Nicole and did my taxs was a very helpful and nice lady. But it cost me 400 dollars for an hour's worth of work. Definitely not worth it. Just another greedy company that cares more about money then people!

Jennifer was wonderful! This is the second year she has completed my taxes and I will continue to use her! She answered all my questions and completed my taxes in a timely manner. And the best part is I’m getting a tax refund! Thank you again Jennifer for a great experience!

My experience at Jackson Hewitt was excellent! Halie Creel was thoroughly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We had total confidence that our taxes were done accurately and completely, with no detail left out. We were even able to pay the IRS what we owed them with our credit card, right there when we were with her! She also gave us great advice about the best way to increase our withholding so we wouldn't owe as much next time.

I walked in without an appointment to the Walmart on Sun Valley Drive in Hewitt. Halie Istre quickly made an appointment with me. Halie Istre was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. She is EXTRAORDINARY! I recommend her to anyone who needs their taxes done.
