I always do my homework when it comes to having specialized work like monogramming done. She had two five store ratings online. They were so right her work is impeccable and she's was easy to work with. I even called later to change my original color choices. She finished it early and it was even better than I hoped for. I don't think is enough. There was a place close to my home but had very poor ratings. I am so glad I drove farther and was met by someone wanting to make sure I was pleased. You can't go wrong with Terri!!!!
