Sherry is the best human being you'll ever meet, and the best hair stylist hands-down. She does the hair of both my son with intellectual disabilities, and my hair too, and does a great job.
Sherry is so patient with my son, is sensitive to his sensory needs, and encourages and reinforces his communication. He's been seeing her since he was in elementary school, and he just graduated high school. He didn't used to be able to get his haircut at a shop, but he sits quietly with Sherry, and is only intermittently bothered by the hair on his face or the noise of the clippers. She gives him a cloth to wipe the hair off and goes at a pace that he's comfortable with. She is a saint.
Sherry does an outstanding job with my hair too! Once I started getting my hair cut with her I started getting all sorts of compliments. She colors my hair funky colors and I love it; everyone tells me how great the colors look.
This is the best hidden gem ever. You should give them a try if you haven't already.

Never again. My wife made an appointment for our son here by accident. We thought ok let's try it. Very poor attitudes no type of interaction with our son, no smiles whatsoever and a very ugly tone when talking to us. How can you be this way working with children especially Autistic children.

Penny was very calm, patient, kind and understanding with my child who has sensory issues and does not do well with haircuts. She did a wonderful job considering he would not be still and he was crying the whole time.
However, I noticed from the time we came in Penny seemed kind of bothered when she interacted with me. It didn't seem like she really wanted to do his hair ( which I do understand why). Perhaps I caught her at a bad time but I felt unwelcomed.

I always get great cuts for my children, one with autism. My kids ask to come here because they enjoy it. Worth the drive

I love the staff, they are efficient and friendly! My child loves getting his haircut here. This is the only place that we have taken him since we moved here 5 years ago. Highly recommend!

Never again! I had a apointment today at 10.00am I was 15 minutes late so I called once they opened at 10am to let them know if that would be okay, we’ll they didn’t answer I tried calling again at 10.10 and penny picked the phone up I asked if it would be okay that I was 15 min late she said it was fine, so we get there our first time here by the way, I had to greet myself at the door I said hello are you penny she said yea!I apologized once again for being late, she proceeded to cut my daughters hair, well I was trying to be nice and make conversation as we were the only ones here and she was short like almost as if she was in a bad mood so I got the hint and went to go sit down, the first 10 minutes we were there she didn’t even try to talk to my daughter or me the vibe was intense.Then a lady I’m assuming the owner walked in with her 3 kids and penny’s Attitude completely changed! She then tried to speak to my daughter it was actually funny to watch because before the lady that walked in came in she was quite different.I don’t know why or what we might have done for her to act different with us but we felt like she didn’t want to deal with us and that’s okay because we will never be back, the place was trashy and dirty and the service was very bad!I did give 2 stars because she did cut my daughters hair that’s it.Just Do better it makes a difference to be kind and welcoming especially if a customer is trying to do business with you.

Penny and Sherry are Great! My kids Love going to get their hair cut because they get to play and there's always a little treasure chest with little toys and candy! Penny cuts all 3 of my boy's hair and she always does a good job... plus she's so good with the kids!! I would definitely recommend this Salon!!
