Unifirst Waco has had our business for several years and provide excellent customer service and products. Hector is Our routman he's professional, dependable, courteous. We highly recommend them.

I would not give any stars if i could post without one. Absolute worst vendor of any type that I have ever worked with. Our health lab coats are never returned with the same number as picked up the week before. We run short or completely out A LOT. The count they come up with weekly is always different from ours. Office staff is never able to get help without MULTIPLE phone calls and hounding them to solve issues for us. Routemen are always friendly, but if they can't count correctly we have a problem. All in all, it seems the WHOLE operation is shoddy with people who don't care. They don't press or steam tunnel our lab coats which results in rumpled uniforms for our staff. General manager does not get in any hurry to help us or to solve issues. He makes lots of promises, as does the receiptionists, but they are never followed through. We got "stuck" with UniFirst when our previous service ended their rental side of business. We have been trying to give them a chance for 8 months now and after multiple conversations each month and in-person meetings, nothing is getting better. Payments are constantly misapplied which results in late fees added to our invoices. Always takes multiple calls to get these fixed and late fees adjusted off account. In talking with other local businesses and getting quotes from other services, it seems the majority of the accounts that were sent to UniFirst from Zip have had the same problems. Save yourself trouble, get a quote from Aramark or just buy your uniforms and take them to your local cleaners or nearest Zip Cleaners.

Hector comes by always with a smiling face and a happy greeting to everyone here at Goodyear, he is efficient and hardworking. We are very thankful to have him come and service our facility weekly. Would love some long sleeve shirts for Goodyear at some point !! Thanks for all your hard work.

Steve is very courteous and respectful. I know they are on a time limit, but he does not rush me or have that face of annoyance! He is always smiling and answers my questions to the best of his knowledge! It is getting harder to find good "customer service" ...but Steve reminds me that it DOES exist!
