Auto Service Department: If you take your car here for an oil change, make sure you take all your personal items out your car, a personal item of mine was stolen out my car, my 1st time trying them for an oil change but I won’t be using them again, I’ll stick with my dealership. The tech I got didn’t even know how to reset my oil maintenance, I did it myself.

Went here to get my tire fixed that I purchased from Walmart. The man claiming to be the shop supervisor Chris said to bad Walmart doesn't work on Mercedes tires. I advised him I purchased these tires from Walmart he stated it's their policy. Disgraceful customer service for consumers who have purchased merchandise from Walmart corporations and to have this individual location refuse service is beyond comprehension! Was at this store at 1140 June 22 and was in little boys clothes. I was searching for my grandson some clothes and the worker there was on phone complaining how people go through these clothes and don’t put them back like they are supposed to. I was folding them and putting them right. But she was really upset I just left. Won’t be back for awhile. That was so wrong
