Went here for an oil change last Sunday. They had no clue what oil to use 1st of all. And then tried to up sell me on 100 dollar coolant flush and told me I had no coolant at all. I said no thanks to the extra service and went to auto zone only to find out my coolant was almost full already and it literally only needed like 6 ounces to top it off. Very shady and definitely won't be back. No response to my post is necessary. Shady is shady in my book!

Went today for an inspection, why oh why can someone go into this place and get an inspection without being asked to come into their shop and be told things are wrong with their automobile? I was told my truck needed a tune up , I had one done 16k miles earlier. Then of course a transmission flush , every import vehicle I had the owners manual reads to have it serviced not flushed. The owner or manager who ever he was asked me why I was talking to the another customer of why I would say what my opinion is and what owners manuals reads ? Well long story short I was thrown out of the place after him telling me that it takes an hour to pull a spark plug to check to see if it needs changing. Yep did use a curse word but exercising my rights of free speech after trying to be scammed . Please oh please just do what a customer asked for and stop trying to push other products on people. Are there even a certified ASE mechanic even working at this place? If so , please post their credentials where we can see them. Now watch when the owner replies to this comment he will make everything I stated was a lie. But I did tell the lady a transmission should be serviced with new fluids not flushed , that's my opinion and she should read her owners manual of what it reads about transmision service. Also exercising my free speech shouldn't be infringed upon. Being told the truth about scaming innocent older people like myself should be callled out and put you on notice. My truck has a sealed transmission, my owners manual states to have it serviced . I have the fluid drained , and replenished with with genuine oem fluid as what the owner manual reads my friend. Went here to get my inspection done guy says he wasn't going to do it because my tail lights had tint. Mind you you can see my lights just fine. Went to another kwik kar no problem they had my inspection done with in 15 mins. Guy was just being lazy and didn't want to do it.

I'm sure that's what it was, because you know they only had to check to make sure the lights work on the whole car. But they obviously didn't look at the tail lights.

I came in for an inspection and oil change. They fixed a connection for my cab that came loose without me even asking them to do so and they were quick and professional. Plus, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That's all you can ask for. Five stars!

Was told price for service but was much higher when checking out.
Went in for oil change and was not surprised to be up sold on other services. Was told that if I had them change my filters, it would be $29.99 for the air filter and he would do the cabin filter for $10. I confirmed that if I did both filters it would be the price for the oil change and an additional $40 for the filters and he said yes. When I went to pay it was $49.99 for the cabin filter and he took $10 off. When I said something about it he pulled the I’m not gonna argue with you about it, I’ll just take them back out if that’s what you want.
Seems shady to me. Will not return to give them my business as I don’t respect that treatment of customers.

Forgive me for not getting anyone's names but they took such good care of me! From the sweet gentleman who took my car to the nice bossman behind the desk who chatted me up and kept me informed. They got my vehicle inspected, treated me well, and i was all taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I have so many more reasons to come back to Kwik Kar now!

Total crooks, took my truck in for an oil change and they put just enough for my truck not to register low. When I made a hard right hand turn my power was shut down for a minute and check engine light came on. I go have it checked out. It was the sensor for low oil. It reduces the power to the engine to make sure it is not damaged. It was almost a full quart low.

Another great experience at Kwik Kar. Instead of having to replace the turbo, they found a loose hose that solved the problem. These mechanics/technicians look to fix the problem, not upsale you on unnecessary repairs.

State inspector here is a sloth and finds a way not to pass cars. Big waste of time. Take it down the street and I was in and out in 10min. This guy must be paid by the hour.. (Still a sloth regardless) I asked if it’s not going to pass then tell me early so I can pay and leave. Took way over 30min
