“I am trying to enter my storage unit today. But the gate of the storage building is like this. It's in this situation for several weeks.
Just an update: I found out there is a code pad at the building entrance. You just need to enter your gate code, same as when you enter at facility gate. The building gate will open.
This gate keep our storage unit more private. It's much better. Thank you for this service. I am sorry for misunderstanding earlier. I should ask the front desk first.”

“We used Puma to move from Mckinney to Oklahoma City. Even though it was in another state, it was within 200 miles, so it was treated like a same day local move. Daniel (Sales) was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the process and eased my mind a few times. The price was almost half what I was quoted from other companies so I was skeptical, however Puma came through with a great crew. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. “Black Tie Moving was recommended to us by our Dallas realtor. They were very easy to deal with and setting up the details of the move was easy. Our movers arrived on time and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. Super nice and polite young men, they were extremely hard working and efficient. Moving is stressful but Black Tie made this move for us as stress free as possible. Unloading at our new location involved using a freight elevator (that broke late in the afternoon) and putting down protective flooring in the hallways. The movers handled it all with calmness and got us moved in and ready to start our time in Dallas!”

“We are a returning customer from 2021. Office staff was great to work with during the initial rental process and very accommodating and pleasant. Reasonably priced and offered a 1-year no rate increase deal. Update 8/25/26 - We just downsized from 2 to 1 10x20 sq ft units as we are finally moving into our permanent place, but are keeping one 10x20 unit in a first floor climate-controlled building. Our experience continues to be very good and the current office staff (especially Rose who we have primarily dealt with) are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. Access to facility at all hours is a big plus and 12-month rate guarantee has been great.”

When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.
Thankfully we came across Bell Avenue Self Storage and they saved it all. They gave us the perfect size storage unit, the perfect payment plan, and guided us every step of the way. If we were ever late on a payment they never made us feel bad or scared us into thinking we would lose our things. They were always understanding and so helpful.

“Bryan from Florida, you are INCREDIBLE. (Genuinely this man deserves a raise, if he hasn't already gotten one)
Customer service was on top, I have never had any more real person answer questions, and help me through everything. You would expect the average customer service voice / attitude, however, I was given someone who felt like a real person rather than just trying to make a sale.
Each and every single time I was given a professional awnser, I never once didn't feel scripted. I was calling during work, and unfortunately had to ask to have him on hold... which I feel terrible about.
I myself, and anyone else would have hung up on me after the first 10-20 minutes....well let me tell you...THIS MAN DID NOT. Not only did he get placed on hold several times for more than 10 minutes, BUT STAYED ON CALL WITH ME FOR A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF 1 HOUR AND A HALF.
I never once felt rushed, stressed, or in a panic to answer / continue the call. This man was like a father figure speaking to me on the phone. Literally . made me want to hang out with my dad after the call.
I wish I could have gotten his information a little more, so I would be able to give credit to the right to Bryan from Florida, but I hope this review ends up showing how well his work ethic and attitude is.
I can't wait to continue working with pods, I personally scheduled a year in advance, and Bryan let me know all of my options, pricing breakdowns, flexibility, and other functions in the website.
Now I feel so relieved and calm about my upcoming move, and it's one less thing to worry about last minute.”

Cliff (the manager) keeps a close eye on the premises and even came out to check on us a few times when we were doing out of the ordinary things.It is a no frills place that kept our items safe and rodent / bug free for us with easy access.”
“Cant express enough how well these guys did. We got a portable building and they communicated easily, let us take multiple looks, answered all questions and even fixed the area where a branch rubbed the roof (unexpected).
When they left the site was clean and they were ALWAYS friendly.
