My son is type one diabetic and I've always had so much trouble getting all his medications at one time but never had this problem since we started going to best value in hico and makes to so much easier for us and thankful for this wonderful pharmacy..Thank yall so much from the Boone family..

Last month I had a great experience. Today the woman who answered the phone had to be the most rude and unfriendly person I have encountered in customer service. Hopefully it was just an off day but I will not be using them again to find out.

Just tried to get a flu shot. The assistant staff was courteous and go my shot ready promptly. To my understanding it was the pharmacist who had to give me the shot. There was no other customer in line for a shot. I waited and waited and after 30 minutes, I left. Poor customer service.

I am giving this a 3 because of pricing and lack of a discount program. If you have a medication you have to start immediately or do not feel like driving to another pharmacy then use this place. However, if you can wait I suggest you do so. I recently filled a script here that had to be started quickly. The same med was on avg $20 at other locations but was $55 here and they do not accept any discount program or offer any like other pharmacies do. Their over the counter products are also very high. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and try to know each customer on a personal level to varying degrees.

Best Value Pharmacy in Hico is wonderful. Even though they are a small town pharmacy, they provide better care and customer service than the “big city” chains. We appreciate them greatly.

Best Value in Hico is such a great small town pharmacy. Every one of the girls up there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast, reliable service that is appreciated more than they will know.

As my wife and I have gotten older and on Medicare insurance we find coverages can be very complicated. Without the help and knowledge of the folks at Hico Best Value Pharmacy we would be lost. We also are impressed by the cleanliness of the store and how well organized the displays are. Thank you to the staff and management for always being such a possitive example in our little community.

My prescriptions have always been filled prompt & accurate. The staff is very skilled and knowledgeable. Their compassion and courtesy defines humane. The store is always very clean and well stocked with tasteful items.
