I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced today. This is not only unacceptable, but completely out of line with the service our family has received here for years. Between all of us, we have purchased over seven vehicles from this dealership and have consistently recommended it to others. Unfortunately, this situation has seriously damaged that trust and makes it very difficult to continue doing business with them. For over three weeks, I had been working with a representative regarding an issue with a vehicle title. During those conversations, I was clearly told that the owner had approved an alternative solution, which we greatly appreciated, especially since our entire family now resides in Houston. Based on that approval, arrangements were made in good faith. Today, I spoke with another employee who stated the complete opposite, dismissing everything that had previously been communicated to me. When I calmly explained that arrangements had already been approved by the owner through another representative, she flatly denied it, said it was never approved, and refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. What made this interaction even more frustrating was her attitude and refusal to escalate the matter. When I asked if I could speak with a manager or the owner, especially considering that the individual involved in picking up the title is a veteran and currently a police officer, which makes accommodations crucial I was told, “There’s no one above me. You can only speak to me and the owner.” When I then asked if the owner could contact us directly, she repeatedly refused and shut down the conversation entirely. This level of disregard, lack of accountability, and refusal to communicate is unacceptable. Especially after telling her “I don’t think you understand what I’m asking” because she was just being disrespectful and dismissal she responded back very condescending saying “no I don’t think you understand” I was in disbelief hearing that. We have been loyal customers for years, and this experience has been beyond disappointing. No customer, especially a long-standing one should be treated this way, and there was no need for me to say this through call either if it’s a one vehicle customer service should always be considered and respectful.
