Pero siempre que paso por el drive thru me atiende de mala gana una señora porque llevo varios depósitos. Ella dice que tengo que pasar al banco porque ella esta sola y que adentro hay más cajeros, pero cuando entro al banco también hay un cajero solo! Aveces esta un muchacho en el drive thru y nunca se queja o me atiende de mala gana. Además, solo pasó al drive thru cuando veo que no hay nadie en fila. Porfavor, si hay un límite en el número de depósitos permitidos por el drive thru pongan un aviso o ponganle ayuda a la señora ya que por lo visto no puede sola.

No me pudieron hacer una transferencia de banco a banco en una cuenta comercial... la persona que me atendió no está preparada para ayudar a los clientes.. te hacen perder el tiempo. MUY MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y MUY SUCIO Y DESORDENADO EL BANCO
