The guard shack opens at 6am, with the office opening at 7am and unloading starting at 8am. Drivers should not line up on the narrow street in front to avoid impeding traffic; there is ample street parking a couple streets over. Unloading itself is fast, typically taking 20 to 30 minutes, but the total wait can be long due to queues for sign-in and waiting for a turn or for the Mexican carrier to arrive for transloading.
