When you call by phone it is very difficult for someone to answer you, they should improve their customer service

They bring your car on time and for a decent price but the way the forklift damage yours cars is unacceptable they have them bouncing around like a toy and don't seem to mind at all when they bump your car with the forks not to mention the forklift operators really don't seem to enjoy there job at all always rude
