Couple months ago my mom got a check in the mail for a loan she went into office so she can get that loan & she gave her info. Name dob social & she was able to cash it. 3 months later when she tries to refinance they tell her she cant cause its my account not hers. (We have same name) i never signed papers ive never even been to this place. She was able to cash a check “under my name” under my social. Now its on my credit. How was she able to cash a check if it was under my social? When she gave her info no one told her it wasnt her account. Stupid ass place!!!
