It’s 8:46am on a Friday. Online it says it’s open since 8am. This is a lie. Employees inside but said they were closed. Hours need to be updated.

They took too long and one of the sandwiches was given to me without anything, just cold bread and refrigerated chicken, they didn't even heat it up. I will think twice before eating there from now on.

Today, I was very excited to participate in the customer appreciation day. I made an effort to get out of work and arrived before the ending time. I work close by and go often go an was happy to know subway was giving back.After arriving and speaking to the manager Olivia, she tells me that it was over due to the time. I replied and said no it was before 12. After she checked the time she replies well it’s only up to 50 and the two persons in front of you are the last ones ?So much for customer appreciation:( there was nobody behind me. If anything she could have some heart and just said yes. Anyway. It’s because of her I did not leave a tip after paying for a combo.Customer appreciation only works when good managers participate Poor management on this location creates the opposite.

I've gone on other occasions and it's been alright, but last time I ordered something different and it was very salty, I didn't like it, I ordered through the app and asked just for pepper and I don't know if they confused it for salt or it the meat I ordered is naturally very salty.

I have been to a few Subways, but I must say that this one left me impressed. As I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean this place was. Every single table was wiped cleaned. The food line was all in ordered including all the chips, straws and cups. The bread looked fresh and all the vegetables as well. The only employee I saw was very attentive. He took care of my order and then I went on to enjoy my meal at one of the tables. Sub was great and well I took photos in case people think I am doing just propaganda. Last, but not least, the restroom was impeccable. It had paper towels, toilet paper and soap. Congratulations to this team for doing a great job on this business. See you on my next visit and review. I like to review businesses because is the only way they can improve and we can enjoy a better service next time.

They’ve always been good but recently took a turn for the worse. Employee recommended I order my type of sub early during the day if I wanted them to have it. First, it was about 3pm. Second, the sub I wanted was literally the sub of the day. How can you recommend I show up early for a sub that you’re expected to have ready that specific day? I don’t know if it’s under new management, but I just avoid ordering from there now.
