“I’ve been going to goodwill for almost a decade and they recently changed their layout from organized by color to everything being completely random! This makes it very hard to search if you’re looking for something specific and makes the store look messy :/ I pretty much only wear black and got frustrated having to look through every single rack and every single shirt that i just left without buying anything. I know every other goodwill did the same thing but please change it back to being organized by color!!!”

“The store is going through a re do . Lots of changes . Cleaner and more organized but the prices have gone up considerably. The customer service still needs to change . They don’t greet anyone coming in or leaving. Or ask if you need help with anything. Looks like half of them hate their job there.”
