“The vehicle that I rented worked well, but I did let the customer service person know that the check engine light was on (and remained on the entire time) and that the gas gauge showed that level was lower than what was indicated on the contract. Young lady was very understanding and even made a different mark on gasoline level on the contract and initialed it. Overall a positive and efficient process to check out and return the vehicle.”

“I recently reached out to different vendors for equipment rentals and the best customer service came from Raul G. He is an outside salesman who just happened to be in the office when I called. What I appreciated is that he didn't put me on hold to wait for inside sales. He answered all my questions and made suggestions to help keep cost down.After picking up equipment and starting the job after store hours, we had a problem. Raul answered the call and so did the office. They sent out equipment to replace within an 1.5hrs. That is pretty impressive. Usually I would be told I have to wait til morning.The job was crazy but everyone at this branch helped me get the job done. Even the manager Marvin, called to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service goes a long way with my family and me. We are glad to be a part of United Rentals customers.”

Rented the truck for the lift ramp, which really saved the day. Clean truck. The a/c worked on unit, but would almost completely shut down over 60 mph. I advised Priscilla and without hesitation she offered a discount for the inconvenience. I also left some headphones and keys and they promptly called me to advise.”

“Ok so transmission light came on in my Fleetwood southwind workhorse chassis had to take to shop for repairs and when arrived the got the technician Mario on it right away he scanned the codes and several codes appeared so he finished diagnosing it and found out it was a wiring issue going to transmission and repaired it and had to replace the TCM transmission computer the entire staff was very courteous and I can't say enough about my technician he was awesome and kept me informed all the way through the ordeal it hard anymore trying to find a honest mechanic but those place was 100% honest with me all the way through i would highly recommend using Stewart &Stevenson in pharr texas for any of your big rig or motorhome repairs and once again the biggest shout out to Mario for everything he did you guys really saved our trip and very grateful for everything you did 10 stars out of 5 thank you very much from Mr Wallace King”
