This is by far one of here worst Bank corporations in America. This review is not for the his particular store, but if you plan on Banking with capital one, don’t. You’re more likely to win the lottery than actually get what you need done here. This is absolutely the worst banking corporation in America. They do not care about you. My check I deposited has gotten lost in limbo and now they can’t deliver my funds to me. complete garbage company.

NOT CONVENIENT!!!This review is NOT pertaining to the branch itself it is to complain about Capital One Bank as a whole. They have closed all of the branches and ATM'S close by like in Targets (without notice) so we're having to drive more than twenty (25) miles to deposit or withdraw money which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Before anyone thinks I'm crazy, there are transactions that are not direct deposit, especially for those of us who have multiple streams of income. Very, very inconvenient and just plain rude.

I mobile deposited a check months back which Capital One rejected for some reason and wiped it off my account. I cashed the check at the bank that issued it with no problems. Now, my Capital One account is locked up because they need to verify that check??? I need my bank account. Called twice with very frustrating results.

Trash trash trash branch. Zero help ever. The people can’t do anything that an ATM machine can’t do or won’t. Really has no purpose for even being open.

Spoke to Steven on phone Monday I wanted to open a business account already had a personal checking account with them. He sent an email requesting business documents so he can get them approved. Told me to come in at 10:00 am. I sent him requested documents through email. We get there about 9:50 am and he's not even there! He's at the Coppell location I am told by Jenny. Well I show her the required documents and she said that my confirmation letter from the IRS showing my EIN number is not acceptable! This is the worst unprofessional, unorganized bank I have ever experienced. I have sent Stephen a email complaining about my experience and of course I don't have any response. So disappointed in CapitalOne...

Yes, the address isn't going to take you to the bank, but you go just past the building and take a right, and you can find it. Shout out to Steven, who was there yesterday and saved me from potential fraud and scammers getting ahold of my account. He warned me of the chances, and wouldn't do anything until he made some confirmation phone calls, then he told me himself of the fraud instead of leaving it up to me to figure out. If it weren't for him, I probably would have my entire world falling apart right now, so for him I am thankful. Minus one star because of the map issue, but the building is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the process was very quick.

I like this bank, just don't like how far away it is. The people are very nice and it's not so busy. I only go in when i have to, i do most of my banking on line, but there are those times when u have to go. Glad to have these guys on my side. Thanks Capital One, hope we're together for a long time.

If I could do negative stars I would this bank is the worst banking experience I ever experience my account was close with no explanation and not to mentioned I have funds to withdraw and customer service have no explanation for me I don't recommend this bank to anyone very poor service no wonder there only a few branches left horrible experience and a waste of time money and gas!!!

As much as I love this banks online services, there customer support is very poor. First off, get rid of the 100 question survey from the automated computer answering system and just answer your stupid phones! Second I deposited money last Friday and today (Tuesday) you tell me that you are returning a check because my deposit hasn't cleared yet. Any decent bank would have looked at the account and saw the money was there and not returned the check. Instead I get a rep on the phone that is reading a script and said they are unwilling to help or look into it.Sorry to this branch, but your parent company doesn't pull up on google reviews. Go figure!

Showed up during regular business (9-5 Mon-Fri) hours and they are closed for lunch. Makes no sense and the lady was incredibly rude.

Absolutely horrible service I came in to talk to a banker about some problems I am having with my credit card account and a lady with colored green eyes said no banker are available and told me to leave and just call the number on the back of the credit card but there was one just sitting at her computer and the place was empty horrible service here

This location needs to be updated. This isn't even the bank? Very confused and unsure of why the GPS took me here..not sure how to write a complaint with Google maps to be updated
