I just had an amazing shopping trip here and brought home an exiting new wardrobe of top-notch name-brand dresses in every color and style! Although the prices are a little higher than, say, Goodwill (the Clothes Mentor dresses I bought were, on average, $11-12), the selection here is carefully curated—every piece is high quality, so you don’t have to hunt through thousands of items to find a few treasures. That said, you may end up with the opposite problem of finding way too many beautiful outfits and having to choose between them, like I did. Ashton, Avery, and Lucy (the staff members) went above and beyond to make my shopping smooth and peaceful even as I gathered 5 giant bins of clothes I liked and then slowly tried them on one by one. I had to come back for a second day, and Ashton greeted me by name and immediately ushered me to a fitting room and smoothly kept bringing new batches of the clothes I had picked out. I felt bad for taking so long, but the staff members were remarkably patient, attentive (without hovering), professional, and genuinely friendly for the entire experience. And unlike other second-hand stores (and even other Clothes Mentor locations I’ve been to in other states), they have plenty of fitting rooms, so I never had to wait or feel rushed. I’ll definitely be back to this store!

At it again with not taking in clothes. We bring in summer stuff and they don’t take any dresses but when we bring in sweaters it’s not the right time. Make it make sense. Also if you’re going to work at a resell shop maybe study up on brands, maybe go online to Shopbop, Nordstrom and learn your brands. I just brought you a $400 top that you passed on probably because you didn’t know the brand and no idea why you didn’t take it because it was a pink silk blouse perfect for summer. Get a clue, your store looks like a grandma walked in and donated all her old mall clothes.

Used to deal with them quite often. Sold them many luxury bags. Had two of the same bags got offered a reasonable 500 for one, the other was offered 325. Not even a couple of months later. The market fluctuates, but not like that. Sad to see they are going down hill. Do not recommend selling here if you are looking for a fair price or at the very least consistency. They do not offer either.

I have shopped here for many years. Sadly, I will not be shopping here much more. I received horrible customer service today. I was even told I had too many items in my hand so I needed to stop shopping (I had about 12ish). I understand they have a 6 item per limit in the dressing room. I have never had a problem before of alternating items. One girl didn’t even get up to assist any of the customers. I asked if I could use the restroom. They informed me they do not all anyone (including customers) to use the restroom. After I went into the fitting room and found multiple bugs, I understand why. I will not shop at a big infested place, especially with the horrible customer service I received. Watch out for the bugs!!!!

This place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend trying to sell your clothes here. The young girl who works here with long brown hair that wears glasses was extremely rude towards me. She greeted everyone else but me. I felt discriminated against and will be reporting her. Brought in two fresh pairs of Puma shoes & they offered me $5 a pair. So in total $10!!! I would have been better off going to Plato’s. Never coming back here. Ever.

Use Plato’s Closet in Flower Mound for selling items. This place WAY under offers and their prices of second hand clothes are much higher. Would not recommend or return. DEFINITELY try Plato’s Closet near Sprouts first..you will absolutely get a better offer

I brought in a lot of namebrand clothing, such as Victoria's Secret pink Lululemon Tory Burch UGG and more and they took literally nothing and they had an attitude. went to another place nearby and got over $80.
