I went thru drive thru this AM and filled out a withdraw but forgot about a passcode I guess it has been so long I couldn’t remember, but instead of the lady saying can you come in or let me help you with that, she said I need a passcode I was so frustrated and embarrassed I said give me my info back and she was like ok.So very unprofessionalBut I called Denton DATCU and the lady was so nice and very helpful

Love the bank. They don’t do smallbusiness loans. Had to go to BOA. 2023 and they don’t do small business loans… crazy

I have an auto loan here and a business account. Never been an issue. They are clear on terms and situations, normally. I had one fee come through because I didnt select a checkbox. No big deal, 3 minutes on the phone and it was refunded and the checkbox, which I wanted anyway, was checked. So to call it a problem, would be an overstatement.

After my card number was hacked and my money was stolen, I call customer service. Only to be told by the manager that she didn't know anything about the process, policies, or time frame of getting my money back and just said the fraud department would be in touch with me within the end of the next business day. Shouldn't this be taken care of immediately? As a member, it's very unsettling that the bank manager straight up tells you “I don't know†to my questions after getting my hard earned money stolen. Even if there's nothing she personally could do, she did nothing to offer peace of mind. DATCU has gotten way too big for its britches. My family has been doing business with them for 20 years, it's time to find somewhere else.

No cash deposit st ATMs, drop boxes never have pens or deposit slips, held my mobile deposit for SEVEN DAYS, they claim it tells you that in the app, well it does...in teeny tiny grey letters, its literally the smallest thing on the whole screen...and even that says 5 days, they held mine for 7. Customer service was useless and rude. will be closing my account.

I've been disappointed with DATCU - they've scaled back services to members and are generally mediocre to poor when it comes to customer service, and you'll be able to find superior rates fairly easily with a bet of research.
