I’ve made a few reviews looks like they are being deleted, Marti is rude listened to her tell a lady to make up her mind and another to stop touching stuff. Was rude to my elder mother last time we came. This is my local dollar tree so coming here is a pain mind as well pay full price for items at the Walmart over here rather than coming here for a deal.

I want to say thank you to Jose for being so kind and helping me find the lights that I needed for my garden. He even made me feel like I was in my 30”s! About a decade off my age. Very professional and attentive. Jose thank you for being you ! The world needs more people who aren’t afraid to speak openly and free with kind words and compliments!! I hope you get a raise because you provided exceptional customer service and I’m the biggest customer service lover! You did your job perfectly and you also made me feel very happy and YOUnG!!! I like that your location is convenient to my route. I don’t like that you guys don’t have inventory out fully and fast enough. I have made about three trips to your store just to look for holiday seasons items that were not placed out yet. I’ve gone to your sister location in Flowermound and they have more inventories out than you guys have. Your staff tends to hang around and chitchat. I can hear the conversations in between the isles when I’m shopping. Also, They drag at getting to the counter to check out customers. If the two boys want to be stockers then hire two more cashiers for the front.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE for store pick up. I waited two weeks for my order to deliver and when I FINALLY received the email confirmation for pick-up I arrived to the store to find out that my package was lost. What a JOKE! The store cannot refund my order since it was done online and it will now take 14 business days for my refund to process. Buy what you need in store and keep it moving. The employee who helped was named Jessica and was a literal deer in headlights.

After reading these reviews I felt bad… but nope I’m sorry but rude and unhappy is just rude and unhappy people working there, not a pleasant visit WHEN I do go! I do go back only for wishful thinking of good customer service!

The store has gone downhill. Wasn't organized and not that clean. Employees warnt the friendliness. But they did have what i went on for.

Every time I have been in this store they only have one person working the register with 15 to 20 people waiting in line. Hire more people.
