DSW has decent prices on kids' shoes, but I'm disappointed by their limited selection of brands that don't use child labor. There were endless aisles of Nike and Adidas, but very few New Balance options. It's frustrating that a major retailer like DSW isn't prioritizing ethical sourcing for their children's products.

I go here once a week to drop off shoes for donation to get their discounts that adds up to free shoes or at least huge discounts on the running shoes and business shoes I need for work. At this point, Ive been there every week and over time noticed their staff are most helpful every time I go there, but not pushy either. The managers seem to care a lot about the wellbeing of their staff that a lot stay for years here and they told me they get along outside of work too. They now know me, and honestly, it’s been something I wasn’t sure would be weird or awkward, as I’ve never been a “regular” at any store really, but now these people make my day once a week because they’re happy and friendly genuinely. I’m happy to keep a great business running and thankful to have this location and its staff. I tell my whole family to get shoes here, lol it sometimes backfires when they use my points to get shoes at a deep discount, but it’s fine so long as it keeps this location running!

The Worst customer service. The sale associate noticed us waiting in line and did not even acknowledge us. We waited in line for 10 minutes and he went to help the customer that just walked in for pick up order. Then he screamed "I called for someone to help". I am not sure if the associate was deliberately being rude or has a preference for "selective" customer service. Another sale associate walked in and helped us at checkout. As we began to checkout with another sales associate, he went to help the customer behind us. I hope management can train their employees on basics of customer service.

Every store I've been to, if they have to sell you the display pair, they'll provide you a small discount on it, except this store. They don't believe in this high CS standard.

Better quality than you’ll see in the vast majority of shoe stores in the US. My favorite brand seen so far at DSW is Bullboxers, which made a high quality and comfortable high top shoe. DSW isn’t cheap, but I’d expect high price for high quality (no shoddy gluing or new shoes with stitching coming apart in the box at this store).

Bought 4 pairs of shoes and some hair accessories. After paying for everything, I asked for a sack so I could easily carry them to my car. I was told they don't have any sacks...they are now 'sackless'. REALLY???!!! I just spent over $200 in merchandise and you no longer have paper sacks to make carrying out my purchase to the car easier? Unbelievable!
